Arianna Driesse

Miss Ari started her dance training at Sawnee School of Ballet at the age of 3. She was part of the Sawnee Ballet Theatre company as an apprentice. In middle school, she began performing in theatrical shows: Once on this Island, High School Musical, and Seussical the Musical. While at Forsyth Central High School, she was part of the chamber choir, musical theatre department, and captain of the dance team. She continued her dance education throughout this time while also participating in shows at the Cumming Playhouse.

Upon graduation, Ari attended Kennesaw State University. During her time at KSU, she participated in the dance program, taught at local studios, and was selected to be a character performer with Walt Disney World. Through the Disney College Program, she was trained in parade and character performance.

After graduating in 2016 with a B.A. in History, Miss Ari moved to Memphis, Tennessee with her husband. She became a historian and archivist at Elvis Presley’s Graceland and was a member of the professional tap company, The Hot Foot Honeys, for 3 years.

Miss Ari has recently moved back to Georgia and is looking forward to furthering her dance experience while also teaching and educating students. She is very grateful to come home to Sawnee School of the Arts and is excited for her first full season as part of the faculty. She will be teaching Jazz, Musical Theatre, and Tap on Monday and Wednesday evenings in addition to choreographing for the Sapphires performing group.
