Are you ready for the ultimate confidence infusion? Channel your inner pop diva in the original dance party workout. Blending dance with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and strength training, one 55-minute session can burn up to 800 calories. The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost.

  • Cardio Sculpt - Monday at 9:15 am Power Sculpt - Wednesdays at 9:15 am

  • Cardio Sculpt - Fridays at 9:15 am

  • Cardio Sculpt - Saturdays at 9:00 am

  • Cardio Sculpt 45 - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:15pm

What to Bring:

+ An exercise mat (yoga or pilates) is required.

+ A set of handheld weights (preferably 6-10lbs) for maximum sculpting effect.

+ A water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class.

What to Wear:

Fitted, flexible fabrics are key for a comfortable and effective workout. Think workout tights, sports bras, tank tops, or t-shirts. Also, wear supportive cross trainers suitable for studio use. ***Please note that street shoes are not allowed in the studio.
