2026/2027 Tuition Information
Tuition is based on the total number of class hours enrolled per week per family.

SSA’s Annual Membership Fee is regularly $50 per family and is non-refundable.
Sawnee School of the Arts requires a credit card to be on file in order to complete registration.
Membership fee is per family and will automatically post to the Jackrabbit account.

Tuition rates are calculated based on the total number of enrolled hours per week per family.
Tuition installments are divided into NINE equal payments due on or before the 1st of each month August through May. There is no tuition installment in December as costume payments are due.
December’s prorated tuition is included in August or the first month’s tuition installment for dancers who register September through November.
Tuition remains the same whether it is a long or short lesson month and is due even when the studio is closed for holidays, breaks, or inclement weather. SSA guarantees 32 lessons per season.
Monthly autopay is available, or payment can be made through the Parent Portal. Tuition is automatically charged to the account on file on the 7th if payment has not already been received.
A 2.59% processing fee is charged on Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit card transactions. This does not apply to debit cards or other forms of payment.
If the card on file is declined on the 7th, a $15 late fee will be added to the account. There is a $25 returned-check fee.

Recital Information
Annual Recital: June 1-3, 2027 at the FoCAL Center.
Costume fees are due December 1. Costume fees paid on or before December 1 receive a $10 discount.
Performance fees are due March 1.
All costume and performance fees are non-refundable.
All accounts must be paid in full by May 7 for dancers to participate in the annual recital.

Private lessons are available for students 10 years old and above who are enrolled in the yearlong program.
30- or 60-minute private lessons require a $15 studio rental fee paid to SSA, plus the instructor's lesson rate paid directly to the instructor.
Availability is limited based on instructor and studio availability.

All membership, tuition, costume and performance fees are non-refundable.
No refunds are issued for unattended lessons. Up to three classes per semester missed due to illness, injury, or other personal reasons may be made up during the school year. Makeup classes must be scheduled through the Parent Portal or front desk.
A refund or SSA account credit will be issued for classes canceled due to lack of enrollment.
