Are you ready for the ultimate confidence infusion? Blending dance with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and strength training, one 55-minute session can burn up to 800 calories. The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost.

  • Cardio Sculpt - Mondays at 9:15 am - Heart-pumping dance cardio with targeted strength training and stretching.

  • Power Sculpt HIIT - Wednesdays at 9:15 am - Fire up your metabolism with high-intensity dance cardio and intervals of targeted strength training.

  • Vital Sculpt HIIT - Fridays at 9:15 am - A science-backed HIIT-style class that uses a blend of sculpting, high-intensity cardio, and functional movement training to promote strength, vitality, and hormone health.

What to Bring:

+ An exercise mat (yoga or pilates) is required.

+ A set of handheld weights (preferably 6-12lbs) for maximum sculpting effect.

+ A water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class.

What to Wear:

Fitted, flexible fabrics are key for a comfortable and effective workout. Think workout tights, sports bras, tank tops, or t-shirts. Also, wear supportive cross trainers suitable for studio use. ***Please note that street shoes are not allowed in the studio.
